We stand behind every box we send. If a cut arrives damaged, or isn't what you expected, contact us and we'll make it right.

Email contact@stellarwesternbeef.com or call 250 526 7000 (Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm PT) with your order number and a description (photos help), and we'll work with you directly.

Because our products are perishable, we can't accept returns of delivered meat.
